what i wouldnt give to have a game that connects all the worlds of the souls games that Fromsoft has made. imagine an epic journey throughout the different world, all in an effort to redo the damage caused throughout them by the greed of man.

Dark souls 2's story in any other series would be a freaking masterpiece 😍 it just has such a different feel from the other 2 games

I think the thing that I like most about Sekiro, much like Bloodborne and Elden Ring, is how its story and narrative style match its gameplay and setting. Bloodborne pushes the insanity around you and turns you into the very beast you're trying to destroy at first. Elden Ring reinforces high scale and mystery and allows you a lot of decision making both in terms of how you interpret events/factions and how you progress. Sekiro is by far the most intimate of the three, both in the personal story of Sekiro and the limited gear provided to the player. Both the drama and the horror of this game I think do an excellent job of mirroring Sekiro's inner turmoil and reinforcing the relentless setting and gameplay.

Lies of P has my favorite Soulsbourne story. This story was beautiful.

Something that I've wondered since finding out how Goldwyn "died" being why he's known as the prince of death, since Ranni was "killed" at the same time doesn't that technically give her the same title as the Princess of death? She is the other side of that coin after all

Quick theory question: if our characters are part of the new story of Elden ring and the lands between, then what outer god is influencing ourselves? I know we are tarnished, but to have this much power requires godlike influence. Is it the greater will? Are they trying to wipe the slate clean?
